Our company was founded in Kansas City Missouri in 1947 by Maury E. Bettis, as the Maury E. Bettis Company.  We are now B J Marketing LLC, d.b.a. Bettis Company, with headquarters in the Kansas City area.  Our primary coverage area includes Kansas, Missouri, Southern Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

We represent companies in the wireless communications market, focusing on sales to the Cellular/PCS carriers, contractors, land mobile radio dealers and end users of wireless communication products.

Bob Bartnett   - Owner, Territory Manager

Bob is the owner of B J Marketing LLC, d.b.a. Bettis Company.  He initially joined the company in early 1994 as the St. Louis Territory Manager.  In 1996 Bob became owner of the company and in 1997 relocated to the Kansas City area.  He has over 25 years experience as a manufacturers representative for communication equipment and electronic components. He holds an Associates Degree in Engineering Science and a Bachelor in Business Administration.

Bob works out of our Overland Park, Kansas office and covers the wireless carrier and contractor accounts in Kansas, Western Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, Dakota and South Dakota.
